Requirements

  • Master's degree
  • 2+ years of experience working with chronically mentally ill populations
  • Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Masters Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, or Limited Permit holder
  • Ability to provide culturally sensitive and developmentally appropriate care
  • Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments
  • Develop service plans
  • Coordinate care between CTI and community systems
  • Provide case management
  • Deliver family counseling and psychoeducation services
  • Assist with psychosocial rehabilitation
  • Respond to crisis situations when needed
  • Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives
  • Complete utilization reviews
  • Ensure incident reporting is handled appropriately
  • Maintain accurate documentation that meets federal, state, and agency standards
