Requirements
- Master's degree
- 2+ years of experience working with chronically mentally ill populations
- Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Masters Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, or Limited Permit holder
- Ability to provide culturally sensitive and developmentally appropriate care
- Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills

Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments
- Develop service plans
- Coordinate care between CTI and community systems
- Provide case management
- Deliver family counseling and psychoeducation services
- Assist with psychosocial rehabilitation
- Respond to crisis situations when needed
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives
- Complete utilization reviews
- Ensure incident reporting is handled appropriately
- Maintain accurate documentation that meets federal, state, and agency standards
