About The Position
The Wilkinson Firm (TWF) places licensed mental health counselors into behavioral health and mental health organizations across the Southeast. CMHCs, FQHCs, private practices, and integrated BH practices need credentialed counselors on flexible engagement.
Requirements
- Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LCMHC, LPC, LPCC, LMHC, or equivalent state license)
- At least 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
- Comfortable with telehealth and in-person settings
- Strong charting and documentation discipline
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, or family counseling per client engagement
- Maintain clinical documentation per agency standard
- Coordinate with treatment teams
- Adhere to state licensure regs, HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality
- Build a steady caseload through repeat engagement bookings
