About The Position

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide remote therapy services to clients across Massachusetts. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support for individuals managing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and other mental health needs.

Requirements

Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor license in Massachusetts
Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
Comfortable using telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and digital documentation tools
Strong understanding of clinical assessment, treatment planning, and progress notes
Ability to manage a remote caseload with professionalism and reliability
Must have a private, secure workspace suitable for telehealth sessions

Nice To Haves

Previous experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, couples, or families preferred

Responsibilities

Provide individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform
Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical history
Create treatment plans that reflect each client’s needs, goals, and presenting concerns
Use evidence-based therapy approaches appropriate to the client’s symptoms and progress
Maintain timely clinical notes, treatment updates, and required documentation
Monitor client safety and follow proper protocols for risk concerns or crisis situations
Coordinate referrals or additional support when a client needs a higher level of care
Protect client privacy and follow HIPAA, ethical, and professional standards
Participate in clinical check-ins, case reviews, or team communication as needed
