Requirements

Active and unrestricted Florida LMHC license in good standing
Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and professional communication
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual counseling sessions with clients in Florida
Complete clinical assessments and identify appropriate treatment needs
Develop clear, client-centered treatment plans
Provide therapy for common mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, stress, trauma, and adjustment issues
Track progress through regular clinical review and documentation
Keep session notes accurate, current, and compliant with professional standards
Recognize risk factors and take proper action when safety concerns arise
Maintain client privacy and confidentiality in all remote interactions
Participate in required clinical or administrative communication as needed
