Cortica is growing and seeking passionate therapists to join our remote counseling team! We are a unified team of doctors and therapists, specializing in children and families with neurodevelopmental disorders. We emphasize collaboration and long-term outcomes: Grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming, individualized approach and supported by a team of physicians, speech, occupational, and behavioral health professionals. As a therapist at Cortica, you'll support children and their caregivers by helping families understand diagnoses, build effective home supports, advocate for their child, and navigate emotional challenges. You will also help children build relationships, adapt to change, develop self-advocacy skills, and strengthen their emotional well-being. This role is 80% clinical and 20% administrative. You'll provide virtual counseling for children, parents, and families. Gain a specialized expertise in neurodevelopmental disorders. Collaborate amongst experts in neurology, speech therapy, and behavioral health. Consult with seasoned therapists, attend weekly team meetings, and internal training opportunities. Enjoy a consistent caseload, streamlined workflows and administrative support.
