About The Position

SEEDWorks is seeking a passionate, Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team in a school-based setting. In this role, you will be an integral part of the school community. This is a year-round position, ensuring students and their families have the continuity of care they need to thrive. Key Role Expectations include consistent on-site presence daily at the assigned school location, adaptive continuity of services through teletherapy during scheduled school closures, active guardian engagement through regular, proactive communication, and diligent clinical documentation within the designated EHR platform, ensuring compliance with all clinical and legal standards. As a SEEDWorks clinician, you will work to bridge the gap between education and emotional wellness. Your primary responsibilities include clinical assessment & diagnosis, student-centered therapy (individual and group interventions), and collaborative care with teachers and school administrators.

Requirements

• Active state licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Proven track record of working within the K-12 environment and navigating the unique dynamics of a school setting.
• Strong skills in assessment and the ability to formulate evidence-based treatment plans.
• Genuine drive to help students overcome barriers and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health appraisals and provide accurate diagnoses.
• Deliver individual and group interventions tailored to the unique developmental needs of K-12 students.
• Partner with teachers and school administrators to create a holistic support system for every student on your caseload.
• Maintain regular, proactive communication with guardians.
• Accurate and timely documentation of all services within the designated EHR platform.
