Requirements

• Fully licensed as an LMHC in the State of Indiana.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Must be a W2 employee.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental healthcare services to patients.
• Work with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Offer both Telemedicine and in-person care.
