About The Position

San Luis Valley Behavioral Health Group is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician for a full-time position based in Alamosa, CO. This role offers the opportunity to deliver outpatient mental health services within a collaborative, community‑focused organization. The position involves providing outpatient psychotherapy, coordinating case management, assisting individuals in accessing wrap‑around supports, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure continuity of care. Daily work includes clinical sessions, documentation, and team consultation, all focused on supporting effective and ethical mental health treatment.

Requirements

Master's degree (completed or in progress) in a related behavioral health field
Professional licensure: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Ability to work full-time

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient psychotherapy to assigned clients
Coordinate case management services
Assist individuals in accessing wrap‑around supports
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of care
Conduct clinical sessions
Complete documentation
Participate in team consultation
