About The Position

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our team at CHE Behavioral, a multispecialty group of licensed professionals committed to increasing access to mental health services and reducing the stigma of mental health conditions since 1994. As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician at CHE Behavioral, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for our older adult patients in long-term care and rehabilitation centers. Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist
• Must have a master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field
• Must have experience working with older adults and individuals with mental health conditions
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in case consultations and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to quality assurance standards
