About The Position

The Licensed Mental Health Clinician Manager is a clinical and operational leader in Neighborhood House Association’s Social Services programs. The position provides clinical leadership, supervision, consultation, and direct behavioral health services to adults transitioning from County detention facilities into the community. The manager works with Program Directors and the General Manager to support high-quality, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based services for people with mental health and/or co-occurring substance use disorders, while supporting multidisciplinary clinical, nursing, employment, and supportive-services staff.
