About The Position

Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Full-Time Mental Health Therapist to join our growing Outpatient (OP) team in our Chattanooga, TN Clinic. This role will initially be remote and will transition to an onsite role. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Requirements

  • Holds an active, unrestricted TN license to practice independently as an LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT.
  • Brings a patient-first mindset and is genuinely passionate about improving access to high-quality mental healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families while fostering a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and support whole-person treatment.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards.
  • Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources to promote long-term wellness and recovery.
