About The Position
Bridgeway Home Health provides quality home health care to thousands of individuals in the state of Georgia. We are looking to hire a Licensed Medical Social Worker PRN in Smyrna, GA and surrounding area to join our clinical home health team. Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited school of Social Work
- Current state MSW license
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
Nice To Haves
- Home health and Oasis experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- The PRN Licensed Medical Social Worker LMSW provides social work services to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence.
- This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Administrator Director of Nursing.
