About The Position

We’re hiring a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Fort Plain, New York, who desires meaningful clinical work, schedule flexibility, and strong organizational support. This role is an outpatient behavioral health position where you will provide counseling and therapeutic services to individuals and families. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered behavioral healthcare in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Requirements

• Licensed LMSW in the State of New York
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Enjoy working with diverse patient populations age 5 and older
• Value collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams
• Comfortable working within electronic health record systems

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapeutic services to individuals and families.
• Work alongside an interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered behavioral healthcare in a collaborative outpatient setting.
