About The Position
Full Time M-F: 8:00am - 5:00pm. Hours can flex until 8pm. Experience with children and youth is strongly preferred. PCC West 321 Gifford St. We are a HRSA site. There is loan forgiveness opportunity for Licensed Clinical Social Workers. POSITION SUMMARY: Provide therapy services to adults and children/adolescents in an integrated setting within our Primary Care Centers, involving referrals and collaboration with primary care practitioners. Provides training and supervision to interns and other mental health staff as delegated.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree from an accredited graduate school of social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling.
- Licensed to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) OR Licensed Master Social Worker ( LMSW) OR Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) OR Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) through the State of New York
