Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) – Remote Therapist
About The Position
Mind Health Group is a growing psychiatric and mental health practice committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care across Michigan. Through a collaborative team of psychiatric providers and therapists, we help individuals navigate life's challenges while making high-quality mental health care more accessible through telehealth. We're currently seeking a licensed LMSW who is passionate about helping others and looking for the flexibility of remote work, the support of an established practice, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. Our Areas of Focus Include: Mood & Anxiety Disorders, Postpartum Mental Health, Senior Cognitive & Mental Health Care, Substance Use & Dual Diagnosis.
Requirements
- Active LMSW license in Michigan
- Experience working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and/or trauma
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Comfortable providing services in a telehealth environment
- Passion for compassionate, patient-centered care
Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy services via telehealth
- Develop individualized treatment plans and support patients in achieving their goals
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in team meetings, consultations, and ongoing clinical collaboration
