About The Position

Cotler Psychology Services is seeking a Florida-licensed Master’s-level clinician (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to provide mental health services to seniors in assisted living and skilled nursing communities in the Miami, Florida area. This position offers the opportunity for meaningful clinical work with flexibility, independence, and the support of an experienced multidisciplinary team. For over 30 years, Cotler Psychology Services has specialized in providing compassionate, high-quality behavioral health care to older adults throughout Florida, partnering with over 100 long-term care communities statewide. The mission is centered on improving the emotional well-being and quality of life of seniors through ethical, personalized, and evidence-based care. Working with seniors in long-term care settings provides a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day, addressing challenges related to aging, chronic illness, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, cognitive decline, and life transitions. Requirements

  • Active Florida license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT (or nearing licensure)
