About The Position
Cotler Psychology Services is seeking a Florida licensed Master’s-level clinician (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to provide mental health services to seniors in assisted living and skilled nursing communities in the West Palm, Florida area. This position offers the opportunity for meaningful clinical work with flexibility, independence, and the support of an experienced multidisciplinary team, catering to both part-time and full-time hours. For over 30 years, Cotler Psychology Services has been dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality behavioral health care to older adults across Florida, partnering with over 100 long-term care communities statewide. The practice's mission is to enhance the emotional well-being and quality of life for seniors through ethical, personalized, and evidence-based care. Working with seniors in long-term care settings presents a unique chance to make a significant difference daily, addressing challenges such as aging, chronic illness, grief, depression, anxiety, cognitive decline, and life transitions. The role focuses on assisting residents in developing emotional resilience, improving coping mechanisms, fostering stronger interpersonal connections, and maintaining the highest possible quality of life. Requirements
- Active Florida license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT (or nearing licensure)
