This role is designed for experienced Master Stylists, Master Cosmetologists, or experienced hairdressers with advanced technical skills such as precision cutting, advanced coloring, or texture services. The company is looking for experienced professionals who bring expertise, confidence, and a loyal clientele and do not require extensive supervision. They also welcome stylists who are eager to grow into this career stage. The position offers the potential to reach 6-figure pay, with top stylists earning between $45/hr to $88+/hr. Compensation is performance-based, with opportunities to grow earnings through service and retail commissions and tips. The company provides support to ensure guests follow the stylist, walk-in opportunities to grow clientele, and drives guest traffic through various promotions. Tips are paid out daily. The company is the largest privately owned salon group in the U.S. with over 500 salons.

Requirements

A valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific).
Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
Strong technical skills in precision cuts, fades, color services, and personalized consultations.
Experience with advanced techniques such as highlights, balayage, texture services, and finishing.
Professionalism, confidence, and the ability to thrive with minimal guidance.
