About The Position

The Woodhouse Day Spa – Carmel is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists for both Full-Time (30+ Hours) and Part-Time positions. The spa has proudly served its community for 20 years, with some team members having been with the company for over 16 years. They are looking for therapists who want to stay busy, be part of a high-morale team, and work in a spa where guests return frequently. Sign-on bonuses are currently offered: $2,500 for full-time and $1,000 for part-time, with a payout structure over 90 days, 12 months, and 18 months. The spa emphasizes creating a sustainable and rewarding career for massage therapists, ensuring they are busy but not burned out, with a focus on long-term success, support, and retention in a calm, professional, and high-quality environment.
