Requirements

Active Illinois Massage Therapy License
Passion for guest wellness and delivering personalized therapeutic experiences
Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset
Ability to stand, walk, and perform hands-on services for extended periods
Full commitment to our structured training program, designed to strengthen your technique, guest assessment, service consistency, and overall spa experience.
