Elements Massage in Nutley is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who wants to focus on their craft while the studio handles administrative tasks, supplies, and marketing. The studio provides a supportive environment with zero overhead for therapists, including all linens, lotions, and equipment. They emphasize therapist longevity with features like hydraulic tables, table warmers, capped 6-hour shifts, and optional rest breaks. The studio manages client acquisition, allowing therapists to concentrate on delivering exceptional care, creating treatment plans, and building client relationships.

Requirements

• Active NJ LMT License (or pending graduation date for new grads).
• Skilled or comfortable in Deep Tissue, Swedish, or Firm Pressure modalities.
• Able to commit to a 3-shift weekly schedule (8:30 AM - 2:30 PM or 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM).
• Must be available to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
• Client-centered mindset.
