Requirements
- Active CAMTC Certification
- Passion for helping others improve their health and wellness
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform massage services safely and effectively
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a spa, wellness, chiropractic, or clinical massage setting
- Knowledge of treatment enhancements and multiple massage modalities
Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage therapy services tailored to each client's needs and wellness goals
- Conduct client consultations and assessments
- Develop customized treatment plans that encourage long-term wellness and repeat visits
- Recommend service enhancements when appropriate
- Create exceptional experiences for members and guests during every visit
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Uphold all state regulations, spa policies, and professional standards
- Build lasting client relationships through outstanding service and care
