About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists for their Weston/Davie and Sunrise-Sawgrass locations. They are looking for professional, dependable therapists who want consistent bookings, strong earning potential, and a supportive team. The spa provides clients, marketing, scheduling support, linens, supplies, and an established membership base. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. The compensation typically ranges from $1,200–$1,800 per week, with top performers earning $1,950+ per week. A full-time sign-on bonus of $2,000 and a part-time sign-on bonus of $950 are offered. The spa emphasizes creating an experience that exceeds guest expectations and treating every guest and employee with respect, believing that happy employees lead to happy clients.

Requirements

• Active Florida Massage Therapist license
• Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage
• Strong communication and guest-service skills
• Professional, dependable, and punctual
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to safely perform consecutive massage services
• Willingness to work as part of a supportive and accountable team

Nice To Haves

• Sports massage, stretching, prenatal, or advanced modality experience is a plus
• Experienced and newly licensed therapists with strong hands-on skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized massage services based on each guest’s needs
• Conduct professional consultations before every service
• Provide Swedish, Deep Tissue, and other approved massage modalities
• Recommend appropriate enhancements and ongoing massage care
• Encourage guests to prebook future appointments
• Build repeat clientele through excellent service and communication
• Complete service notes accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, stocked, and professional treatment room
• Follow Florida licensing requirements and Hand & Stone protocols
• Work closely with the front desk and management team
