Therapists can earn $45,000–$60,000 annually in an established membership-based model, with consistent client flow, repeat visits, and high-demand shifts that can help grow their client base and earnings. The spa provides marketing, supplies, systems, and an established client base so therapists can focus on delivering exceptional care. The position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth, including free continuing education and advanced service education. The spa provides supplies and linens, handles marketing, and offers systems designed to support therapists without rent or overhead expenses. Part-time and full-time schedules are available.
Requirements
- Active North Carolina Massage Therapy License.
- Current massage liability insurance.
