About The Position
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Holmdel is actively hiring Licensed Massage Therapists for our busy, high-volume spa. We are looking for therapists who want steady income, flexible scheduling, or supplemental weekend hours. This role is ideal for those building a long-term massage career or looking for high-demand shifts to increase income. We are especially seeking 'Weekend Warriors' who are available nights and weekends when client demand and earning potential are highest. Your Weekend Skills Could Earn You Thousands More Per Year!
Requirements
- Active New Jersey Massage Therapy License
- Massage Liability insurance or ability to obtain coverage
- Evening and weekend availability preferred
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
Responsibilities
- Provide customized massage therapy sessions
- Build strong client relationships and rebooking rates
- Recommend enhancements and retail products
- Maintain clean, professional treatment rooms
