Requirements
- Must hold a valid New York State Massage Therapy License
- Active New York State Massage Therapy License required
- Ability to maintain professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of a variety of massage techniques and modalities
- Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Availability to work flexible days, evenings, and/or weekends
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional massage therapy services tailored to each client's needs
- Develop customized treatment plans that support wellness and long-term results
- Create a welcoming, healing experience that encourages client retention
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and professional standards
- Support membership growth through client education and referrals
- Meet performance goals established by spa management
- Collaborate with a team dedicated to outstanding guest experiences
