About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist for its new Crystal Lake spa. The therapist will provide personalized massage therapy in a professional spa environment and build lasting client relationships. The location offers recurring client demand through its membership model, marketing and operational support, and a flexible schedule. The role is available full-time or part-time.

Requirements

Active Illinois Massage Therapy License.
Current massage therapy liability insurance.
Proficiency in Swedish Massage.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Passion for helping clients feel their best through therapeutic massage.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal Massage, and other specialized modalities.
Previous spa, wellness, chiropractic, or clinical massage experience.

Responsibilities

Provide customized massage therapy services based on each client's needs and wellness goals.
Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and care.
Recommend appropriate enhancements and services when beneficial to clients.
