Requirements
- Active Massage Therapy License in good standing
- Current liability insurance or ability to obtain coverage
- Passion for helping clients improve their wellness
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
Nice To Haves
- Nights and weekends needed. Eligible LMTs who can work these priority shifts can earn higher commission rates and qualify for a sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities
- Perform customized massage sessions based on each client's goals and needs
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional care
- Recommend appropriate enhancements and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate treatment notes and professional standards
- Collaborate with a supportive team of therapists and spa professionals
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities
