About The Position

Renew Massage Studio is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) for its new Lakewood location. The ideal candidate is passionate about massage, dedicated to providing exceptional client service, and skilled at building client relationships to encourage repeat bookings. This role offers the opportunity to join a growing, locally owned studio founded by a female LMT, designed with therapists' needs in mind. The studio provides the support of an established business while valuing individual therapist skills. Located in Lakewood/Wheat Ridge, the remodeled studio is modern, spacious, and features electric lift tables and high-quality organic products. The studio emphasizes environmentally responsible practices and offers paid setup and turnover time.

Requirements

Valid Colorado massage therapy license.
Valid massage therapy insurance.
Reliability and professionalism.
Excellent communication and client-service skills.
Ability to provide varying levels of pressure, including Deep Tissue techniques.
Genuine interest in developing client relationships and encouraging long-term client retention.
Full-time availability with a Friday shift requirement.
Saturday or Sunday availability required.

Nice To Haves

Experience is preferred, but newer massage therapists are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional massage services to clients.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Create a positive client experience that encourages rebooking.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
Perform specialized services such as CBD, Cupping, Hot Salt Stones, Prenatal Massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
Prepare treatment rooms and reset between appointments.
Adhere to environmentally responsible business practices.
