About The Position

Gibsonton Riverview offers a competitive base rate and uncapped commission structure! Our full-time high performing Massage Therapists typically earn an average total annual compensation ranging from $65,000 to $88,000, depending on individual performance (based on 30 service hours/week). Health insurance with a $2,000 employer contribution, Dental, vision, life, supplemental, and even pet insurance. 401(k) retirement plan with a 5% company match. Weekly pay with tips paid out the same day. Paid time off, including your birthday and work anniversary. Massage license renewal reimbursement (up to $200, every two years). Continuing education support, including attendance at the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) conference. • Deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
• Create a welcoming, friendly, and professional client experience
• Follow our “Key Ingredients” standard to educate and empower clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars
