Requirements
- Active Florida Massage Therapist License in good standing
- Professional liability insurance
- Knowledge of Swedish Massage required
Nice To Haves
- Additional modalities such as Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Trigger Point, Neuromuscular, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral, or Reiki are a plus—but not required
- Passion for helping people through the benefits of massage therapy
Responsibilities
- Create customized treatment plans based on individual client needs
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through professional, therapeutic care
- Educate guests on wellness recommendations and available enhancements
- Support membership growth through excellent service and referrals
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism throughout the spa
