Requirements
- Valid New Jersey Massage Therapy License — required prior to start date
- Ability to perform a variety of massage modalities as trained and certified
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you're the face of the experience
- Unwavering commitment to client care, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Reliable, team-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for health and wellness

Responsibilities
- Provide a variety of massage modalities tailored to each client's individual needs and goals
- Deliver consistent, high-quality therapeutic experiences that keep clients coming back
- Recommend appropriate service upgrades and retail products to enhance client outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and client intake forms with care and confidentiality
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all treatment rooms
- Build lasting client relationships that drive rebooking and membership retention
- Communicate openly and collaboratively with management and fellow team members
