Requirements
- Active New Jersey Massage Therapy License
- Current professional liability insurance
- Knowledge of Swedish Massage required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for helping people feel their best through therapeutic massage
Nice To Haves
- Additional modalities such as Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, or Reiki are a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform customized massage sessions based on client needs and wellness goals
- Recommend treatment plans that support long-term results
- Create memorable experiences that encourage guest retention and referrals
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and professional standards
- Educate guests about available services and enhancements that may benefit their treatment goals
