Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Holmdel is actively hiring Licensed Massage Therapists for our busy, high-volume spa. We are looking for therapists available nights and weekends when client demand and earning potential are highest. This role offers steady income, flexible scheduling, or supplemental weekend hours, suitable for those building a long-term career or looking to increase their income. We focus on creating an experience that exceeds our guests' expectations and treat every guest & employee with respect.
Requirements
- Active NJ Massage Therapist license in good standing
- Massage Liability insurance or ability to obtain coverage
- Evening and weekend availability preferred
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
Responsibilities
- Provide customized massage therapy sessions
- Build strong client relationships and rebooking rates
- Recommend enhancements and retail products
- Maintain clean, professional treatment rooms
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience
