About The Position

Newtown Square-Edgemont offers a competitive base rate and uncapped commission structure! Our full-time high performing Massage Therapists typically earn an average total annual compensation ranging from $65,000 to $88,000, depending on individual performance (based on 30 service hours/week). We provide health insurance with a $2,000 employer contribution, dental, vision, life, supplemental, and even pet insurance. Additionally, we offer a 401(k) retirement plan with a 5% company match, weekly pay with tips paid out the same day, paid time off, including your birthday and work anniversary, and massage license renewal reimbursement. We also support continuing education, including attendance at the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) conference.
