Requirements
- Active state Massage Therapy License
- Current massage liability insurance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Swedish Massage required
- Passion for helping clients improve their health and wellness through massage therapy
- Currently hold an active license to practice massage therapy in Texas
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Reiki, or other modalities is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Design customized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Deliver exceptional massage experiences that encourage repeat visits
- Educate clients on wellness and treatment recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in treatment rooms and common areas
- Support a positive spa culture focused on client care and teamwork
