Requirements

Active Massage Therapy License in the State of Ohio
Proficiency in Swedish massage and deep tissue massage
Strong client care and communication skills
Ability to safely perform massage services within the agreed-upon schedule and service limits.
Licensed Massage Therapist certification from the State Medical Board of Ohio

Responsibilities

Perform massage therapy services including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and stretching.
Consult with clients before each session to assess needs and health considerations.
Deliver bodywork and relaxation massage sessions in 50- and 80-minute formats.
Perform paid enhancement services and add-on treatments.
Maintain a clean, sanitary treatment room per Ohio health and safety standards.
Build a loyal client base through consistent quality of care.
Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless massage experience.
Expand massage modalities through paid training and continuing education.
