About The Position

Hand & Stone in Panama City Beach is NOW HIRING Licensed Massage Therapists! We offer up to a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus (based on shifts). We have full books and hands-on owners. Shifts are available now. If you want a steady schedule without chasing clients, this is it. Our established member base keeps your books full—and our owners and managers are present and supportive every day. We offer immediate openings for high-demand shifts, an established clientele for consistent income, and hands-on ownership that supports you. We also provide flexible scheduling (full or part-time) and tools that protect your body (cups, stones, etc.). You won’t have to market yourself – we keep your schedule full, and identify high demand shifts for immediate booking. You’re supported, not micromanaged. Opportunities beyond the table – LMTs on our team may also qualify for opportunities to be instructors at a local massage therapy school as part of our co-op agreement.

Requirements

• Active Florida Massage Therapist License
• Liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
