Licensed Massage Therapist
About The Position
Come join the team at a beautiful, busy 10-room spa. We are actively expanding, looking for both FT and PT LMTs. If you are ready to work in a fast-paced, yet supportive environment, we'd love to talk to you! We have a variety of shifts available: Days, Nights and Weekends. We're flexible, but require one shift be on the weekend. Hourly compensation plus service commission when engaged (generally $24-40+ depending on modality when engaged) plus tips. W-2 employee with guaranteed hourly pay. We offer paid training and pay increases the more you are requested so look forward to service pay raises as you build your clientele. We do all the marketing so you can focus on what you do best! Our active member base makes it easy for you to build a following with clients who are focused on the benefits of regular massage.
Requirements
- CAMTC certification
- Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy
- Knowledge and understanding of Swedish massage
- Be customer service oriented
- Positive attitude
- Team player
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of other modalities/certifications a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform consecutive 50 minute massages (with an hour break mid-shift)
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
