About The Position

FloraLuna Beauty Bar is a locally owned, woman-owned day spa in Keizer, Oregon, offering massage, facials, waxing, and other beauty and wellness services. We are looking for a kind, skilled, dependable Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people feel better and who wants to work in a professional, relaxed, and supportive spa environment.

Requirements

• Current Oregon Massage Therapist (LMT) license in good standing
• Personal professional liability insurance
• Professional, dependable, and personable
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working independently

Nice To Haves

• Experience is preferred but not required. We are open to newer LMTs who are confident in their skills and eager to continue learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized massage treatments based on each client’s individual needs and goals
• Create a safe, comfortable, relaxing experience for every client
• Perform a variety of massage techniques, with an emphasis on relaxation and pain relief
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients
• Educate clients about massage therapy and recommend appropriate follow-up services when beneficial
• Maintain knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and current massage therapy practices
• Receive and implement constructive feedback as part of ongoing professional growth
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming treatment room and assist with light laundry/housekeeping as needed
• Work independently while being a positive and collaborative member of our team
