Requirements
- An active Texas Massage Therapy License required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Availability on weekends and evenings
Nice To Haves
- 6 months of work experience in spa or massage environment
- Emphasis on luxury, warm and friendly customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of customer service and deliver an outstanding spa experience to members and guests through a friendly and nurturing attitude.
- Provide consistent and professional therapeutic services, including Hiatus’ five points of difference for all massage therapy treatments.
- Maintain expert knowledge on product usage and deliver customized guest recommendations, thus achieving monthly retail sales goals.
- Embrace and promote the Hiatus mission, philosophy, culture, and high expectations.
- Promote to guests the health and wellness benefits of receiving massage therapy on a regular basis, and cross-sell additional spa services, add-ons, and retail products.
- Build and maintain a regular clientele while promoting member referral and guest programs.
- Maintain a clean, uncluttered treatment room; replenish all supplies at the end of the shift and prepare the room for the next service.
- Remove or restock laundry, as required.
- Clean and sanitize copper foot basins per TDLR requirement.
