About The Position
We are actively looking to hire talented Licensed Therapists (LMHC, LMFT,LICSW) in Washington, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. The role involves providing therapy to adult and/or child and adolescent populations, and conducting individual and/or couples therapy. We offer a competitive compensation package with uncapped earning potential, a W2 employed position, sign-on bonus, cash-based incentive plan, and a comprehensive benefits package. The position is located in a beautiful new office in Kirkland, with other locations throughout the area. We offer a hybrid model with in-person & remote flexibility and a flexible schedule.
Requirements
- Fully Licensed in Washington State: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW)
- Experienced with Adult and/ or child and adolescent populations
- Experience in Individual and or couples therapy
