Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring a licensed therapist for its Richmond, Texas office. The role provides outpatient behavioral healthcare to children, adolescents, and/or adults in a hybrid setting, with care delivered in person and through telemedicine. The position is part of a clinical team focused on high-quality, evidence-based care and clinical excellence. The compensation range is $75,000–$100,000+, with a productivity-based compensation model, plus a sign-on bonus and annual cash bonus incentive plan. Requirements
- Hold a full, active LMFT license in the State of Texas.
- Have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
