About The Position
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across New Mexico. In this role, you will help clients work through relationship issues, emotional stress, family conflict, communication challenges, and life transitions through structured, evidence-based care.
Requirements
- Active New Mexico LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
- Complete assessments and develop treatment plans
- Support clients with relationship, family, and emotional concerns
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Follow state, ethical, and telehealth practice standards
