About The Position

Our team is hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide virtual therapy services to clients throughout Indiana. This position centers on helping people navigate the real issues that affect home life, relationships, parenting, communication, emotional well-being, and family connection. The right candidate will be comfortable working with a range of client needs, documenting care accurately, and creating a calm, professional virtual space where clients can speak openly and receive clear clinical guidance.

Requirements

Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in Indiana
Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
Must be able to practice independently in Indiana
Prior experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills
Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions

Responsibilities

Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy through a secure online platform
Evaluate client needs and determine appropriate treatment focus
Guide clients through relational stress, communication breakdowns, family transitions, anxiety, grief, and other behavioral health concerns
Use clinically appropriate methods to help clients identify patterns and build healthier responses
Prepare treatment plans, session notes, progress updates, and discharge documentation as needed
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and Indiana licensing expectations
Coordinate referrals or additional support when a client’s needs fall outside the scope of outpatient telehealth care
Stay organized with scheduling, documentation deadlines, and ongoing caseload management
