About The Position
This position is suited for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who enjoys working directly with relationship dynamics and family systems. You will guide clients through structured conversations that address communication breakdowns, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation using a secure telehealth platform.
Requirements
- Active LMFT license in Nebraska
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience working with relational or family-based cases
- Ability to manage a consistent remote caseload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Facilitate online therapy sessions for couples, families, and individuals
- Identify patterns affecting relationships and daily functioning
- Develop goal-oriented treatment strategies
- Maintain clear, compliant clinical documentation
- Track progress and adjust interventions when needed
- Uphold ethical and professional care standards
