About The Position
EdTheory is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Professional to join its growing school-based team in California. In this full-time, year-round role, the employee supports K–12 students experiencing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, partnering with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create meaningful outcomes. The position is part of a collaborative, student-centered school community focused on compassionate, consistent mental health support. Requirements
- Current California MHC credential/licensure or a clinical license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS), such as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
- Strong assessment, counseling, and treatment-planning skills.
- Passion for supporting student mental health and academic success.

- Experience working with K–12 students is preferred.
