Requirements
- Active LMFT license in Nebraska
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience working with relational or family-based cases
- Ability to manage a consistent remote caseload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead therapy sessions using a virtual platform
- Help clients work through personal and relational challenges
- Develop structured treatment plans based on client goals
- Complete required clinical documentation
- Maintain a full weekday caseload
- Ensure adherence to privacy and care standards
