About The Position

Wave Therapy is seeking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to join their team. This full-time position involves providing individual, couple, teen, child, and family therapy. The company offers a supportive environment with client referrals handled by an intake team, billing managed by a third-party company, and an easy-to-use electronic health records program. Therapists will have their own furnished office with a budget for personalization. The role also includes clinical support, supervision, collaboration, education, training, and a mentorship program to help therapists establish their practice and find their niche. Associates, newly licensed, and seasoned therapists are welcome.

Requirements

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist AMFT/APCC.
Compassion, communication skills and the desire to work as a member of a team.
Attendance at paid weekly staff meetings with a collaborative group for supervision, consultation, education and training.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a private practice is preferred but not required.
If you have the clinical skills we will teach you what you need to know to be successful in a private practice setting.

Responsibilities

Provide caring, compassionate, quality therapy to clients.
Scheduling your own clients and inputting the necessary information and documentation.
Timely completion of progress notes, initial assessments, treatment plans, charge forms and other case records.
Attend weekly consultation groups/staff meetings.
