About The Position

We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a full-time telehealth position serving clients in Texas. This role centers on helping clients understand patterns, strengthen relationships, manage emotional stress, and work toward healthier day-to-day functioning. As a remote LMFT, you will provide scheduled therapy sessions, complete clinical documentation, and guide treatment using practical, ethical, and evidence-based care. Requirements

Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field
Active and unrestricted Texas LMFT license
Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, or relational systems
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting

Responsibilities

Meet with clients virtually for individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
Assess presenting concerns and determine appropriate treatment focus
Support clients with relationship concerns, family dynamics, parenting stress, anxiety, grief, and adjustment issues
Build treatment plans that are realistic, measurable, and clinically appropriate
Keep organized records of assessments, progress notes, and care updates
Use telehealth tools professionally and maintain strong session flow online
Recognize when clients need additional support, referrals, or a higher level of care
Stay aligned with Texas licensure rules, professional ethics, and privacy standards
